On-Campus Interviewing

Schedule Your On-Campus Interviews following the Fair

Log in to BuckyNet, and under “Quick Links” of the employer homepage click on “Create Schedule Request.” Fill out the detailed information which will allow you to customize whether you would like a pre-select or open schedule, as well as the ideal length and structure of your interviews. You will be notified by email when your request has been approved. You will then be asked to post your position description(s) and follow the trigger dates to complete the pre-selection process.

The SuccessWorks at the College of Letters & Science houses 12 interview rooms within the Interview Suite, employer lounge, coffee bar and executive conference rooms. our new office was designed and built specifically for our growing needs. We opened our doors on Aug. 25, 2017!

Employers seeking lunch options can take advantage of the food carts just outside our building or explore dining options on State Street.

Check-in begins at 7:45 a.m. Upon arrival, we will collect a business card from each recruiter and you will be escorted to your interview room. We will provide a packet containing your interview room assignment, name badge, interview schedule, and resumes for students on your schedule. Pastries and coffee are available in the recruiter lounges.

For your convenience, the Capital Cafe is located on the first floor of Grainger Hall. A list of nearby restaurants is available in the Recruiters’ Lounge in the Dining Guide Book.

Some recruiting teams prefer to have a lunch room reserved for their use in Grainger Hall. To request a private lunch room, please contact Grainger Hall Event Services in advance of your arrival. Room requests for lunch will incur a room charge and food MUST be ordered through Grainger Hall Event Services catering.
