UW-MADISON FALL CAREER & INTERNSHIP FAIR FAQs
Where can I unload at the venue site before I park?
Meters will be bagged on Dayton Street (directly in front of the Kohl Center) and Fair volunteers in red shirts will be available, curbside, to help you unload your items before you park. Please feel free to park at a bagged meter and wait for a volunteer to gather your items and bring them directly to your table while you park. Please do not leave your vehicle unattended.
Where do I check in?
Employer registration will take place just inside the main entrance/concourse (Gate A) facing Dayton Street. Staff will be on hand to greet you, direct you to your table location, and answer any questions you may have. Join us in the Employer Hospitality Suite, located on the main level just behind registration, after you check-in. Beverages and light snacks will be available upon check-in and our catering meal will be available at 3pm. Employers attending the Veterans reception may check-in early if needed.
What if I have special dietary needs?

We always provide vegetarian options within our catering plan and will strive to accommodate special requests made within two weeks of the event. I have a question or need assistance, who can I speak to for help during the day of the event?
Look for a “Red” event staff shirt. Event staff and volunteers will be wearing red event shirts during the Fair in order to be easily identifiable. Employer Service Tables will also be located near the elevators at each level. Stop by our employer registration table or Employer Hospitality Suite to also seek assistance. If the fair has started and you cannot leave your table, flag down a passing red shirt and they will be able to assist you.
How can I ship items?
ALL INBOUND SHIPPING related to the job fair is being handled by Valley Expo and Displays. Detailed instructions will be emailed at the end of August.
