ALL INBOUND SHIPPING related to the job fair is being handled by Valley Expo and Displays. Detailed instructions will be emailed before the Fair, in late August. Shipping information will also be posted on this site once available.

SHIPPING AFTER THE FAIR: Once the Fair ends, each employer is responsible for the removal or shipping of leftover items. The following options are available:
- If you shipped with Valley Expo, you will have an outbound shipping label for your freight, and can drop it at the Valley Expo booth near section 115.
- You may purchase shipping through Valley Expo at the event, and will be charged Valley Expo’s standard freight and handling fees for outbound shipping.
- You may remove items yourself and deliver to a UPS/FedEx drop location.
The Kohl Center is not able to ship items on your behalf. Please do not leave unwanted items behind after the Fair.
On-campus parking is $12.00 per day. Advance permits are highly encouraged due to limited parking availability.

In an effort to create an elevated personal experience and high level of availability for our employers, staff members will be stationed throughout the venue to provide information or answer questions wearing:
Look for “the RED shirt” (STAFF/VOLUNTEER)
LOAD IN / LOAD OUT TEAM: Volunteer student groups will be on site to meet employers who need assistance carrying items into the venue before and after the Fair. Covered meters located on N. Francis Street (east side of Kohl Center) will serve as a drop-off loading zone.
Student volunteers will be located on the corner of Dayton and N. Francis St., Loading Zone and inside Gate A.
WELCOME TEAM: We don’t want the interaction to stop at Employer Registration (Gate A). Members from career services will be around to check-in with you before and after the fair once you have made it to your table.
EMPLOYER SERVICES TABLES: Need assistance and you don’t see a RED shirt? Try our Employer Service Tables. An employer service table will be located on each level by the elevators (near Sections 121 and 221).
Registration for the Fall 2017 Career & Internship will open the first week of June.
Table location will be assigned based on time of company registration on a first-come, first-serve basis. We encourage employers to sign up at their earliest convenience.
Specific requests for table locations can only be honored for those who are registered Corporate Partners as part of agreements outlined in each College’s employer partnership/sponsorship program.
At this time, registration for non-corporate partners is limited to 1 table, due to space constraints. If you wish to add a 2nd table (at full price), please indicate that in your registration, and we will be added to a wait list.
In the event you are unable to make the Fair the following cancellation policy applies for the Fall 2017 Career & Internship Fair:
Full Refund: On or before Tuesday, September 12, 2017 (5:00 pm)
No Refund: After Tuesday, September 12, 2017 (5:00 pm)
